Currently, Theongyn is a Brand Designer @ Vinamilk, specializing in developing brand assets and packaging systems.

Before joining Vinamilk, Theo worked as a Multimedia Designer at FPT Software, where she collaborated closely with UI/UX designers to deliver graphic design, motion graphics, and UI support. During this time, she contributed to large-scale projects for major brands such as LG CNS, LG Electronics, Hyundai, ISUZU, and Vietcombank.

Earlier in her career, Theo was an R&D Designer at Crabit Studio, where she owned the full design process for stationary & editoral products, from research and ideation to final production, ensuring consistency and high-quality outcomes. Two of her projects became best-selling products: Planner 2023 (sold out within one week) and Cat-lendar 2023 (sold out in three weeks).

Theo holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Thuongmai University. This business and people-focused background shapes her approach to design, helping her connect brands with the humans behind them.

Outside of corporate life, Theo enjoys designing merchandises and artworks with her friends, using design as a way to share thoughtful, encouraging messages with others.
