Theongyn is currently a Senior Designer at Pixel Dreams, working across branding, digital, and print for B2B clients, primarily in North America and Canada, with a strong focus on craft and execution.

Previously, she relocated to Ho Chi Minh City to join Vinamilk as a Brand Designer, where she developed brand assets and packaging systems for key sub-brands including FM100, Ridielac, Probi, and Plant-based Milk, etc. This experience strengthened her ability to manage and elevate large-scale brand systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams (CD, AD, Copywriters, and Marketers), she built strong ownership and contributed to the successful launch of multiple new products in the market.

Before that, Theo worked as a Multimedia Designer at FPT Software, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to deliver graphic design, motion, and UI support. She contributed to large-scale projects for global clients such as LG CNS, LG Electronics, Hyundai, ISUZU, and Vietcombank. Working across diverse markets enhanced her adaptability and ability to navigate different cultural contexts.

Earlier in her career, Theo was an R&D Designer at Crabit Studio, where she owned the end-to-end design process for stationery and editorial products, from research and ideation to final production, ensuring consistency and high-quality outcomes. This foundation shaped her design thinking and sparked a strong passion for building ideas from the ground up.

Outside of her professional work, Theo enjoys reading books and creating merchandise or artworks, using design and art as a way to experiment, meditate, and share thoughtful messages with others.
